CrIx Lee

Cricket “Crix” Lee is a gaming journalist/actor/Star Wars Fangirl/VO actor/film critic, and former on-air host (GirlGamer.TV) and CEO of GirlGamer.com. In the past, Lee was also a staff writer at DreadCentral.com, correspondent for Mingle Media TV’s Red Carpet Report, and hosted two multi-nominated podcasts.

Within 2 years of moving to Los Angeles from Idaho, Lee has interviewed the likes of Alan Tudyk, Mike Judge, Michael Rooker, Mila Kunis, Mark Ecko, Nathan Fillion, Jennifer Hale, Michael B. Jordan, Aisha Tyler and beyond.

Lee has been in the Xbox Gamer Spotlight (2009); appeared in ThinkGeek.com and Cupcake Quarterly magazine (as part of their “Freaks and Geeks” issue); a featured extra in the second season of The Guild (now on Netflix); spoken on sexism in video games for Huff Post Live; interviewed for the Zach Braff produced Video Games: The Movie; served on panels at WonderCon, Comikaze (now known as LA Comic Con), San Diego Comic Fest and San Diego Comic-Con for three glorious minutes as part of Chris Gore’s PODCrash. She’s also been seen on Nerdist, Twin Galaxies, and has a blast every time.

Lee is currently a staff writer/film critic for GeekFeed.com and film critic/product reviews for Edibles List Magazine in Los Angeles. With a HUGE love for [adult swim], Lee also enjoys horror movies, MAD Magazine, the Archie Comics universe, first and third-person shooters, and about 500 other irons in the fire, as a good geek should.
